Field Operations Associates work alongside cross-functional teams to coordinate movement, maintain operational continuity, and deliver clear reporting in fast-moving environments.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5+ years in executive protection, military, law enforcement, emergency response, logistics, or comparable high-accountability work

  • Experience with secure communications platforms, incident-reporting systems, GPS/GIS navigation, and Microsoft 365

  • Strong written documentation skills and professional discretion

  • Valid passport; ability to travel on short notice

  • Calm under pressure; capable of receiving instructions on a strictly need-to-know basis

Candidates must be comfortable with irregular hours, changing locations, and limited advance visibility into assignments.

INTELLIGENCE & ANALYSIS SPECIALIST

Transform fragmented information into clear, actionable intelligence for senior decision-makers. This role combines research, open-source analysis, data visualization, risk assessment, and concise briefing development in support of complex organizational priorities.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 4+ years in intelligence analysis, investigative research, corporate risk, journalism, consulting, or data analysis

  • Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Power BI or Tableau, and research/monitoring platforms

  • Familiarity with OSINT workflows, geospatial data, link analysis, and briefing materials

  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to separate signal from noise

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred

ADVANCED SYSTEMS LIAISON

Serve as the connective tissue between technical teams, operational leadership, and specialized external partners. The Advanced Systems Liaison translates complex systems into practical decisions, ensuring programs remain coordinated, compliant, and ready for deployment when leadership requires an answer before the meeting ends.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 6+ years in systems integration, aerospace, defense, robotics, engineering, technical program management, or advanced manufacturing

  • Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and systems documentation

  • Familiarity with sensor platforms, autonomous systems, secure communications, or mission-critical infrastructure

  • Ability to explain technical risk to nontechnical stakeholders without losing the important part

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, systems management, or related field preferred

DATA SCIENTIST, OPERATIONAL INSIGHTS

Build decision-support tools for an organization operating in a world where incomplete information is the default. You will develop models, dashboards, and forecasting systems that help leadership identify patterns, evaluate exposure, and allocate resources with confidence.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 4+ years in data science, analytics, forecasting, risk modeling, or machine learning

  • Advanced SQL and Python skills; experience with pandas, scikit-learn, notebooks, and API-based data ingestion

  • Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or similar cloud data environments

  • Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, Streamlit, or other executive-facing visualization tools

  • Ability to communicate model limitations, uncertainty, and recommendations clearly

  • Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline preferred, or equivalent demonstrated experience

You will not merely build dashboards. You will help determine which signals become decisions.
